When does my certificate expire?

Your certificate will have an expiration date printed on it. For the WHMIS Training course, the valid time period is 3 years.

How long does it take to get my certificate?

Certificates are available immediately after successful completion of your course exams. The WHMIS Training course can be completed in about 45 minutes to 1 hour.

How can I access my certificate?

Certificates are available on the course details page. Click the "View Certificate" button after you have successfully completed all the required module exams. A score of 80% or higher on all module exams is required to access your certificate.

What should I do if I have completed all my exams but I still can't access my certificate?

Please ensure that you have a score of 80% or higher on all of your module exams. If you are unable to download your certificate file by clicking the "View Certificate" button on the course details page, please contact support and we will look to resolve your issue as soon as possible.

Are you able to ship pre-printed copies of the certificates by mail?
